No one is unaware of how, since ancient times, societies have been based on inequality of gender, economic class, ethnicity, religion or ideology (among many others), influencing each and every aspect of human life and coexistence, from the most basic social standards to the most advanced scientific knowledge.
In the same way, there have been many social and human movements that have risen up in protest and in defence of those most negatively affected by these inequalities, achieving small or huge changes leading up to the present day.
However, despite all these achievements, we are conscious of how much remains to be fought for and improved as a society. That is why at PARADIGMA INNOVATION we strive to contribute with our knowledge and experience to provide gender analysis and policy recommendations that prioritise gender equality and promote a safe and inclusive environment for all people in the framework of European projects, achieving a real difference in the world.
Innovating to bring the world a genuine #ChangeOfParadigma
