ABOUT US

A research team specialised in societal impact

PARADIGMA Innovation is a research-led organisation working on the societal impact of EU-funded projects. Our team combines law, social sciences, public administration, linguistics and philosophy with practical knowledge of how European programmes operate: how a societal pathway is argued, how social sciences and humanities are integrated into a methodology, how gender and sex analysis is assessed, and how the communication, dissemination and exploitation plan is written and then delivered.

More than 80% of our core team hold doctorates, and between us we have contributed to over thirty European projects and published more than one hundred articles in international peer-reviewed journals. That academic grounding is what allows us to work as researchers within a consortium rather than as an external supplier of text.

The team

Our core team is interdisciplinary by design. Each profile below indicates both the research background and the competence the person leads, because in practice you will want to know who argues the societal pathway and who runs the engagement work.
